Has anyone tried those green vegtable/fruit preservation bags? I don't even know what they are called. Just wondering if anyone tried them, are they worth it?

My mom bought these for me a couple of months ago. We eat a lot of fresh fruit and produce at my house. The ones she bought me are called "Green Bags" and she ordered them off the internet. I am amazed by them. I mainly use them for bananas, broccoli, and lettuce. The bananas usually last about 9 or 10 days in the bag, broccoli about 3 or 4 weeks, and lettuce about 2 weeks. I really love them and they are reusable for quite a few times, as long as the bag is not punctured. Great Buy

Fresh fruit and vegetables don't stay in our house long enough to go bad!

I have heard that the green bags in the produce section do the same thing - and they're free! Of course, not all stores have them yet, some are still using the white ones.
