Here are 2 items that get thumbs up from me and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Kashi brand granola. I think everyone has seen the freebie site for this. I received mine and loved it. I wasn't even a real big fan of granola until I tried this.

Tums Quik Pak Instant Dissolve Powder. No longer will I have to wait 20 minutes for the Rolaids to kick in. These Quik Paks were sent free from the company on request and actually work INSTANTLY! I only get heartburn when pregnant and now I finally found something that you don't have to try to remember to take in advance to get relief.
