My brother who is 18, bought a pair of tennis shoes from Footlocker. He decided he didn't want them(no he didn't wear them). He took them back yesterday. My son(16) took them in for him. I think my brother was at another store returning a game he changed his mind on. Anyway, they told my son that the computers were down and to come back later. They went back, and were told that they didn't have enough to give him his cash back and told them to go to Lakeside Mall. Yeah, drive at least 40 minutes away to return a pair of shoes. I just wonder if they were giving them a hard time because they were teens, and figured there was nothing they could do about it. If I were with them, I would have done the return for them.
Well, chalk up another reason why Champs is the shoe/sports store in the mall that will continue to get all my business.
