Does anyone have this highchair, and if so what has been your experience with it? I love the way it looks but I feel that mine is a bit unsafe. The tray does not attach very strongly to the arms and my DD can easily pull it off onto herself. This has happened a number of times and luckily she has not hurt herself. I went today to email the company but they only take phone calls.

Has anyone else had this problem with the tray? My receipt is expired otherwise i'd return it to the store? Should i call the company, do you think they would do anything for me?

I would contact FP and let them know about the issue. Also most stores will take something like that back if you mention the safety issue. It is worth it to try.

Is yours the tall highchar, or he one that atatches to the chair? Ours is the one that attatches to a chair. I agree that the tray doesn't snap on super well, but I don't leave my baby alone in it and always have the belt on him, so I fell fairly safe. I aways have toys or food on it so he doesn't try and pull it off.

Do you hear the click when you lock it? Sometimes DH does not notice that and I have noticed that it can be pushed by DD. Nowadays, I check it if he places her.
