Have been hearing a lot about the Dyson vacuum cleaners so my questions are:

We have one - have had it for 4 years now. The Animal and it's PURPLE!! Monica from Friends even had one ... it was yellow though!

I love not having a bag and I love being able to take the filters out and cleaning them. Also we had a part break and it was really easy for us to fix.

I know - that is more than one thing but I really do love my Dyson.

I don't have one personally, but I've used them. My sister has one and so does my MIL...so I've used the Dyson at their homes, as well as borrowed it for my home when I wanted to see how it was. I can't say that I think it does a better job than the vacuum I have currently (Eureka). At least, to me, it's not worth a few hundred dollars more! LOL! But I'm cheap.

I just bought my 2nd Dyson. It is the yellow DC15, like my first, it is factory reconditioned. I LOVE IT. My favorite feature is the brush button at the handle. Several of the features have been enhanced since I bought my animal 6 yrs ago.

My purple Animal is 6 years old. I LOVE it too. It is a trooper. I had 2 dogs (now I have one dog) and have 2 children. It is the best for sucking up dog hair.

I bought a 2nd Dyson so I could take the animal to our trailer at the river. I couldn't bring myself to buy a junky vac for there so I have been transporting it for 6 yrs every week during "river season".

I had 2 vacuums before that died in a matter of 1-2 years. To me it pays to get a Dyson.

I love our Dyson. I have the Ball, and love it. I've had it for a little over 2 years now. Now even my 6 year old will gladly volunteer to vaccuum.

I bought a reconditioned Eureka canister vac on Amazon. It has bags, but I had a bagless and I got tired of having bits fall on the floor when I emptied it. This is also the first canister vac, I've bought. It was about $250 off since it was reconditioned. I just love it and it's been almost a year and no problems.

I like how good it picks up!! and also no bags to waste!! etc!! It is the first vaccum that has lasted more than a year in my house!! (and i had even spent good money on the one before!!)
