I saw these advertised in the Menards ad awhile back and an thinking about investing in a couple. Does anyone have one? Do they really work? Our tanks sweat something terrible as soon as it gets the least bit warm (no central air here). Can you buy just the tank, or do you have to do the entire toilet?
