Does anyone know of a good, cheap brand? I thought I was being frugal by picking up Pacific brand razors (14 pack for $2.), but discovered they are a TOTAL waste of money!! They kill my legs - nicks everywhere with each brand new one! They even have that mositure strip thing on them, so I figured, "How bad can they be?" Ouch- very bad!

Ideas or suggestions???

TIA!

I buy mine in a pink bag at the Dollar Tree. I always suds up my legs real good before I shave and moisturize after. I don't have a problem with nicks or cuts.

To Be honest , I Bought cheap Razors For Yrs. and Never ever Knew how bad they Really Were.

Once I Used the expensive Ones I Can't Go Back. And it is sad cause they are expensive

I Had so Many Nicks Before , and They Would not Get all the Hairs. They were a Waste of Time and Money IMO -

Now I Get all the Razor freebies around, and every Few Weeks I Buy Good Ones For Next to nothing at Rite aid or CVS using ECB's and Good Coupons.
I am not Brand Specific , But it has to Be a Decent One.

I tried the Target brand ones and they were horrible. We go to BJ's and buy the Schick Razors (for men, they are the green/black ones) and they are $21 for like 21 razors, but I always buy them when BJ's is offering a coupon for them and they last us (DH & I) a really long time. I can use mine quite a few times before replacing it.

EXACTLY!! I think this might be the item that I NEED to not always take the cheap way out - the difference between say Gillette and Pacific is AMAZING! I'll just do more bargain hunting and go from there! Thanks for your opinion!

i have a schick quattro women's razor. with being on the mommysavers trains...my girls always send around a TON of coupons for them and they are wonderful!

i brought my schick quattro razor (valued at i think 9.00 for the razor and 6.00 for the refills) for about 17 cents! i had coupons for 4.00 off the razor, and then a coupon for buy the razor and get a refill free! so i got about 15.00 worth of items right there for 5.00! and THEN i had a 5.00 off any order coupon...so i got the items free...and even brought a vitamin water to drink on the way home with some other items because i had 4 more 5.00 off your order coupons (i got ALL of the razor coupons from my mommysavers trains and i got the 5.00 off coupons from a shopping order i did earlier that month)!

expensive doesn't have to mean expensive for you! join a train...get those coupons...and get your "nearly free" expensive razors!

i love the schick...no nicks and it shaves closer than any other razor i've used!

I like Daisy or Gillette razors. I can't use the really cheap ones.

I can't stand the cheap razors! I use to live in HI and had to shave every couple of days. I bought a Venus razor and loved it! I can shaves my underarms, legs and bikini line with no bumps, no rash and no irratation!
They are pricey, but get coupons and watch for sales oh & some bulk warehouse stores sell them, for a decent price too!
BTW, the Venus last a long time, I mean the razor. I does not get all gunked up after one shave and it cuts so close to your skin, you don't have to shave as often. At least in my case.
