I am insearch of an LL Bean Critter Lunch Box that was just discontinued. It is the orange one with the Moose on it. My son absolutely loves Moose and I saw it on sale at LLBean.com, but when I went back to buy it - it was gone. I wrote to LL Bean and they told me it was not available anymore. I didn't know if anyone out there would know where to look for one. I have checked ebay and craigslist (in my area). Any other ideas would be great! Thanks!

Your best bet probably is ebay...just put a reminder in to have ebay email you if a listing for that specific lunchbox comes up - or just keep checking. You might have to put in a few different combos of LLBean, L L Bean, L.L. Bean, L. L. Bean, l l bean etc

You can try calling one of the LLBean stores and see if they're still carrying it (not the online shopping site, but one of the actual stores). The problem would be then...getting it from the store to you. Not sure if the retail stores do any shipping.

Thanks for the ideas. I wound up calling a couple of stores and found an outlet near the beach that has about 20 of them. My neighbor has a beach house right near there and will be down this weekend so she is going to pick one up! Yeah!! Amazing what a few phone calls can do. My son will be so thrilled!
