I just picked these up from the commissary just now! I was COMPLETELY impressed with the nutritional information of these packages and I am not one to buy "meals in a box"

I have a Sante Fe Style Rice and Beans bowl in which you can microwave for 90 seconds.

Protein: 9g
Total Fat: 6g
Dietary Fibre: 4g

I also picked up a Chicken and an Italian dish as well! Can't wait to try them out!

i'm going to check them out.

I haven't tried those but I did try the beef stew and the potroast!

Very good and not bad points wise, I think one was 5 and one was 4!

Boy hadn't box dinners, come a long way!!!!
