If you've been with us for awhile, you may remember our "Pay it Forward" contest last year. It was a tremendous success and reinforced the fact that you don't need a lot of money (or even any at all) to brighten someone's day. Since then, I've been trying to figure out how to incorporate it into our regular forum activity. With the input of some helpful moderators and now with the iTrader system in place, I think we have a way to do it.

With this forum, we'll be encouraging Mommysavers Members to "Pay it Forward" with Random Acts of Kindness. It be a fun way to get to know some Mommysavers members better and make someone's day a little happier.

More details will be forthcoming from our mods, SandraK and Bananabellesmom
We're going to be kicking it off with a contest in April as well. I hope to see a lot of people participating!

We're excited about getting this forum up and running. You will be too when you start to see your Mommysavers reputation build and build based on RAKs. By that I mean, your Itrader scores. Each time a Giver participates in a RAK, the Recipient will be leaving feedback for them to show other members how heartfelt the transaction was for them!

It's also a great way to DECLUTTER!!! Think about your FTJP. We're in Stage 5.....what better way to motivate yourself, than to share a blessing with someone else all the while, decluttering along the way!

Looking forward to seeing this forum grow. Wait until you hear about the prizes for our contest.....you will LOVE THEM! If Stage 5 in the FTJP isn't encouragement enough, the prizes will be!

I LOVE this idea.
I try and get my kids to do this kind of stuff for their friends.
This thanks giving me and the kids decided to collect all oour old winter clothes and donate them to a shelter for street kids.
