I have not really participated in the RAK contest because I don't feel comfortable announcing my RAK's, but choose to keep them private. Please, don't flame me, that is ME and I am not getting onto those of you who are as I think helping others is a great thing.

However, I want to share a story of somebody here who truly did a RAK right before the contest was starting so I doubt it would count towards the contest, but I wanted to share.

I had posted about needing to figure out the most inexpensive way to call Canada sometime last month because I have a "long lost relative" that I wanted to talk to. I got some information via the resident Canadian Mommysavers, which I appreciated , but I got a pm from a member who offered, very graciously, her calling card that she was not planning on using that had 28 minutes available to call Canada. I just thought that was the nicest thing and she would not take anything but a thank you in return.

So, in the spirit of random acts of kindness, I wanted to point out what a nice thing she did for me (oh, and I did talk to my relative, too) and wanted nothing in return. Who was it?
