Well I use it about daily Seriously LOL! We love the stuff! I use it in homemade potato salad, devlied eggs, pasta salad, sandwiches of course, but my favorite thing to do with it is make a "dip" I use it for fish but can use it for anything I take:

Mayo
Ketchup
Honey

Mix it together to your liking and its a GREAT dip :D Kids love it too hehe!

I spread it on my chicken breasts and sprinkle them with bread crumbs, top with sliced tomatoes and mozzerella cheese. Bake and have a healthier Chicken parm.

I'm not a BIG mayo fan. Actually, the only way I'll eat it is on a tomato sandwich with salt... or in salads like macaroni, potatoe, and tuna

BUT, my oldest DS puts it on EVERYTHING!! He makes "recipes" and mixes the weirdest condiments together to create something only he would eat! All of my kids love mayo!

We eat a lot of mayo.

Some of the not so usual ways:

Mix mayo, small amount of vinegar and sugar together with cucumbers and onions... yum!!

Put mayo on pear halves with some cheddar cheese on top. Try it. It is great and quick.

Stove Top casserole: chicken, stove top, mayo, velvetta and mixed veggies. This is my families fav!!!

Pasta salad.

And of course: potato salad, tuna salad, can't eat a sandwich without it.

I didn't realize how much mayo we actually eat. No wonder I need to loose weight

I like to mix a big TBSP of mayo with to big scoops of fresh salsa. I use this "dressing" on my southwest chicken salads that I make at home.
