I add my guac to the 7 layer bean dip

beans on bottom, sour cream, cheese, lettuce tomatoes, guacamole, black olives.... then eat it with tortilla chips!

Yes...you'd think with the way I cook I'd be a lot skinnier! I can only imagine what I'd look like if I didn't cook healthy!

My guacamole is rather plain...but still good. I use it mainly as a dip with chips than with a mexican meal!
