I Would say this Would Fit someone in the 34/36 range.

It is Cute , lightly padded with Underwire, In black.

I Forget the Brand ( this is actually in a Bag of Returns in my DDs Car) - It is an off brand - A not too Cheap not too expensive Brand - lol
