Broccoli sauted with garlic and olive oil.

1 head of fresh broccoli (florets)
1/2 C Olive oil (strong tasting preferably)
5 cloves of garlic
Roma cheese
salt and pepper to taste.
Wash and trim broccoli into florets, smash and chop garlic until very fine.
Heat up frying pan add olive oil and garlic, saute 1 minute while stirring, add broccoli cover and cook 4 min.
sprinkle with romano cheese.
Its delicious and healthy
