16 oz pasta
1lg green pepper
1 box grape tomatoes
2c shredded cheese
1purple onion
2c miracle whip
1/2c sugar
1/4c cider vinegar
1 can condensed milk cook and rinse pasta mix ingredients together add salt and pepper to taste.
