this is SUPERB ON FISH!!
4 Tbs fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 c fresh cilantro leaves
1 c mayo
salt and pepper to taste
Blend all BUT mayo in food processor,then stir in mayo and refrigerate.
