Sour Cream Potatos

5 big potatos
8 ounces sour cream
4-6 ounces Velvetta
1/3 cup milk
1 tbls. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
salt to taste
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Directions

In a large pot of boiling salted water cook potatoes until tender. Remove and drain set aside.

Cube velvetta and add to sauce pan with milk, butter with all seasonings (except parsely). Cook on medium or medium low until smooth; stirring constantly. Once mixture is smooth stir in sour cream. Turn to low and let cook for about 3 minutes or until mixture is hot.

Mix potatos with sauce and put in a casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for
15-20 minutes until bubble. remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.

This is so good. You can add chives if you want too.
