If this has already been started feel free to move it.

How do you keep bagged lettuce from turning borwn? I try to keep it sealed and it still seems to go brown within a day! Sometimes we end up eating the whole bag but other times there is always a lot left over.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't buy the bagged lettuce but I do cut up all of mine and put it in my own Ziploc bag. I put a paper towel in the bottom of the bag to absorb moisture and my lettuce keeps for about a week to ten days, depending on the type of lettuce. Maybe this will work for the bagged lettuces too!
