I'm having a picnic Sunday and want to make sure I don't run out of food, so I'm trying to have "in stock" easy, quick salad ideas. TIA!!!

an easy fruit salad:

1 (20oz)pineapple chunks, juice reserved
2 apples, peeled and cored
1 (21oz)peach pie filling
2 bananas,diced
3 kiwis
1 pint strawberries

Toss the chopped apples in reserved pineapple juice, sit for 5 to 10 minutes.(at end of this time toss in the banana chucks and toss around)
Then just chuck up berries and kiwi and mix all......chill and serve.

(this makes alot fast and usually everyone loves it)

I do a pasta salad in a tight that is easy and cheap. You just use elbow macaroni (cooked), creamy italian salad dressing to coat the noodles, diced up fresh tomato, sliced black olives, and canned corn (drained). It is good...goes far...and is cheap!

Pepperoni

I make a quick and easy Pasta Salad too:
I use only Wishbone Italian Robusto dressing
I use cubed ham instead of pepperoni.
I always get the tri colored spirals and use 3 colors of bell peppers.
I also put cucembers in it.
