1 (15oz)can stewed tomatoes-give em a quick run through the food processor
1 1/2 c chicken stock
1 1/4 c rice
1 Tbs margarine
2 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin

Mix all,bring to a boil,reduce heat to low ,cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is done.

Garnish with green onions and cheddar cheese.

I have an easy way to make it to. Just cook white instant rice and when it is done add some salsa. Just mix it in and let it warm a little and it is done.
