Amish Mac Salad
2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
2 Tbs dill pickle relish
2 c mayo
3 Tbs mustard
1/2 c sugar
2 1/4 tsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp celery seed
Directions:
Make the wet mix the night before and let sit overnight in the fridge:
1/4 small red onion, chopped (I actually puree mine in a minnie processor but you absolutely HAVE to completely drain it-put in mesh strainer and push out liquid with spoon if you do this step)
next day cook and chop eggs and add to mix.
boil noodles 8-10 min..drain and add to sauce.
Yummy-I am the ONLY person who make mac salad in my family
