Chicken Pasta Salad

2 C. Cooked Pasta - I use the twirl kind
1/4 C. Finely chopped Onion
4 C. Cubed Cooked Chicken (or a can of chicken, Drained)
1 11oz. can Mandarin Oranges, drained
3/4 C. Slivered Almonds
1 T. Salt
1/4 C. Diced Celery
1 1/2 C. seedless red or green grapes (Halved)
1 1/2 C. Mayo (give or take alittle)
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve on a bed of Lettuce Leaves.
This is really good and if you use lowfat Mayo - it does not have lots of calories!!!!
