1 lb cooked orzo pasta
1 large diced tomato (I've used grape tomatoes cut in halves too, or a super well-drained can of diced tomatoes)
about 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cucumber seeded and diced
1 pepper (green or red) diced
about 1 cup black olives
1/2 red onion diced
italian or greek bottled salad dressing
Mix all ingredients and chill. Sometimes I add tuna fish to it. It looks really pretty and colorful
