I am required to take the Amish Macaroni Salad"recipe I have listed already(Grandmas 81 st birthday is this month and I already got my phone call to make it )I also have to make my deviled eggs...........


6 eggs
1/4 red onion, minced
1/4 c real mayonnaise
1/8 tsp salt
3 dashes hot sauce
cayenne

make as usual and lightly sprinkle top w/cayenne

Cucumber Sandwiches

1 (8oz)whipped cream cheese
1 (.7)dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 loaf cocktail rye bread
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
fresh dill(opt but worth it)


Mx whipped cream cheese and dry Italian-style dressing mix. Spread onread. Top each with a slice of cucumber and pinch of dill.(I am not a big fan of cucumbers and even I love THESE)

Potato Skin Dip

2 (16oz)lite cream
1 (3oz)bcon bits
2 c shredded ceddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, thin sliced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tp garlic power

Mix and refirgerate overnight......leftovers are great in mashed potatoes or on baked ones!!!
