This sounds weird but I made it last night (dh's idea) and it was great.
You take already made spaghetti w/ sauce (w/or w/out meat) and bread dough. I use the frozen stuff (rhodes) and roll it out, fill the middle w/ the spaghetti, pinch the seams together, flip over so the seam is on the bottom of pan (can use a cookie sheet w/ sides) and bake @ 350 for 20 min. My kids loved it and this would be a great way to use up leftover spaghetti as it does not take much to fill it.

When Dh and I went to Niagara Falls, we saw something very similar to this on a menu in a little restaurant we went into to. It was grilled spaghetti bread. Spaghetti with sauce and some mozzarella cheese between two slices of bread and then grilled, just as you would a grilled cheese. I loved it when I ordered it there and I've also made it at home many times since. What a great way to use up leftover spaghetti
