2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 c butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c onions, peeled and chopped
2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350
Spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or til brown on top.

You dont have to but I usually cook my onions a little in the butter and then mix it all
