1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
1 Large Cool-whip (or store brand)
3/4 cup of mini marshmellows
1 reg. box of pistachio pudding mix

Combine in large bowl and serve! It will turn green becuase of the pudding mix.

I make this every year at Thanksgiving, but add some walnut pieces to it. It gives it more texture & it's really good. My kids also like the same recipe only with manderine oranges & vanilla pudding instead of the pineapple & pistachio.
