This is the best corn recipe I have ever tasted--I always get compliments on it when I take it to a gathering. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients:
12 cups frozen corn
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine, cubed
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:
In a large saucepan, bring corn and water to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until corn is tender. Drain; stir in remaining ingredients.

THIS WAS ABSOLUTLEY AWESOME!!!

THIS WILL DEFINATELY BE SOMETHING I MAKE ALOT!!!

I CHANGED IT UP A LITTLE THOUGH BY TRYING IT OUT W/1 CAN OF CORN FOR DD AND I-USED 2 TBS BUTTER,2 TSP PARSLEY,1/4 TSP OF EVERYTHING ELSE(EXCEPT GARLIC POWDER -I USED A LITTLE LESS THAN 1/4)

THIS IS A GREAT SIDE TO KICK UP A SIMPLE MEAL!!!(I AM ALREADY PLANNING MY NEXT MEAL W/IT-I THINK IT WILL BE GREAT W/MASHED POTATOES AND FRIED CHCIKEN STRIPS(ROLLED IN A SIMPLE PARM/BEADCRUMB MIX).......

EVEN THE KIDS LOVED IT!!!!!!

EXCELLENT POST..THANKS FOR SHARING
