Pasta N Crab Salad

1 1/2 (8oz)tri-color pasta (or you can use shells)
3 stalks celery
1 lb imitation crabmeat
1 c frozen green peas
2 c mayo (bit as w/most of my salads I like to 1/2 and 1/2 mayo w/sour cream)
3 Tbs sugar
4 Tbs white vinegar
6 Tbs milk
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp old bay
1/2 red onion,minced(or you can toss in green onion-whatever ya like)
Boil pasta 8 to 10 minutes,rinse under cold water until cool and drain.
Chop celery and crabmeat.
Run hot water over peas to defrost.
Whisk mayo, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt and pepper and old bay.
Add the pasta, celery and crabmeat and stir until evenly coated. Adjust the salt, sugar or mayo to suit your taste.
Best if chilled OVERNIGHT.
You can also add shrimp to this or red or green peppers.
