1 box chicken flavored rice a roni
1 bunch green onions, thin chopped
1 (8oz)water chestnuts, drained/chopped
3/4 chopped celery
1 c cubed chicken/or shrimp
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Make rice mix as directed on package and chill.
Add the rest,mix,chill and serve!!!
