3/4 c milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 potatoes, sliced 1/8 in thick
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 small onion, chopped


Mix milk and soup in a micro safe 2 quart casserole dish.
Add in all other ingredients, stirring to coat.
Cover and microwave on high for 10 min.
Stir and then microwave for another 12 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
