In a saucepan mix
1/2 c cider
2 T honey
2 T lemon juice
2 T butter
cinnamon to taste
Bring to a boil. Boil till thickened slightly.
Cut Granny Smith apples into thick slices. Brush with sauce. Grill, basting with more sauce. Turn and repeat. Grill till tender.
