Thumbs up Quick N Easy Dinner Rolls

1 c self-rising flour
1/2 c milk
2 Tbs mayo

Preheat the oven to 350
Use nonstick muffin pan,or grease 5 c of regular muffin pan.

Stir together the flour, milk, and mayo.
Spoon into the 5 prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 15 min in the preheated oven,til nicely puffed and browned.

What no self rising flour?????????

Just sub....
1 c flour ,1 tsp baking powderand 1/2 tsp salt

I am definitly gonna try thisd! I had to buy self ricsing flour for another recipe and need something else to make with it!

Just want to make sure I got it right...

If no self rising flour, still use the 1cup flour with the baking powder and salt? Figure you do but want to make sure!!

I am super excited about this recipe. Bread making is not on my list of things that I am really good at baking. I think it is the yeast, it scares me.
I am also excited that someone already tried these and said they turned out great. Thanks!!

I apologize for not getting back in time to help had to take dd and ds to get hearing tested today....got lost and drove in circles for an hour and 1/2 in down town BIG city traffic.... I am fit to be tied!!!

You,obviously,got it right though.......and I am sooo glad you like them.

Not a problem Trudy! We had them for dinner, the kids and my husband LOVED them! Even said the best dinner rolls they ever had. When my husband ate one he asked what was in it because they were so moist. When I told him mayo he was shocked! I also passed the recipe on to my mom and sister who are excited to try it!

You are so awesome. I was reading the recipe and thought to myself, HMM I wonder what you add if I don't have self rising flour, and low and behold you covered that before I was done reading!!!
