4 med cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 small white onion, thinly sliced
1 c white vinegar
1/2 c water
3/4 c sugar
1 Tbs dried dill, or to taste

Toss cucumbers and onion together.
Mix vinegar, water and sugar in a saucepan over med-high heat.
Bring to a boil, and pour over the cucumber and onions.
Stir in dill, cover, and refrige til cold.:happy dance:

This is one of those......almost too simple to be soo good recipes

I just got a whole mess of cucumbers yesterday. This sounds like a delicious way to use them up. Thanks!
