1 {16 Oz.} Bottle Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 {12 Oz.} Pkg. Broccoli Coleslaw Mix
1 Small Red Onion, Chopped
6 Slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled

Stir Together Ranch Dressing And Blue Cheese In A Large Bowl. Rinse Slaw Mix With Cold Water; Drain Well. Combine Slaw Mix, Onion And Bacon; Toss. Top With Dressing Just Before Serving.

We started making this at the beginning of the summer and we will NEVER eat cole slaw the same again! Most of the time, I just make it with the regular bagged slaw, Marzetti slaw dressing and crumbled bleu cheese for a quick side for dinner.
