okay so my Dads a blue cheese junkie.......here's his fave.......just thin it w/ a lil milk or 1/2 and 1/2 to make it a dressing!!!

3/4 c sour cream
1 1/3 c mayo(no whip real mayo )
3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder (too much will kill it though so watch if ya add extra)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 oz good blue cheese, crumbled

Whisk sour cream, mayo and worcestershire sauce.
Add mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stir in blue cheese.
Refrig overnight before serving.

BEST EVER!!!!!!!
