Make Ahead Harvest Salad

1/2 c. chopped apple.
1/4 c. cubed or grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. spinach
1-2 T. ranch dressing.

put the apple in a container. Add the dressing and shake to coat. Top with spinach, cheese and nuts. When ready to eat, shake to mix dressing with the rest of the salad. This keeps it from getting soggy. You can add any other salad ingredients you like.
