Turkey salad sandwich
My dad always makes this with leftover turkey and it is great for sandwiches or to eat on crackers. It is good because you can use either white or dark meat. I do not have any measurements for it. I just wing it.

Cooked turkey meat-grind up in food processer
Mayo/miracle whip
celery-chopped in food processor
onions-finely chopped in food processor
pickles-finely chopped

Mix together the above ingredients per your liking.. Add enough mayo to the consistancy you like. Add a little salt and pepper.
