holiday mashed potatoes

3lbs.(bout 12 med.)peeled,cooked + HOT potatoes
1 - 8oz.philly cream cheese(room temp)
1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup finley chopped green onion
1/2 cup sour cream salt / pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs slightly beaten

mash potatoes,add cream cheese & butter,beat well until cheese+butter are melted.mix in sour cream. in small bowl mix milk,eggs & onions, then add them to potatoes.add your salt/pepper.beat until light & fluffy. place in a butered 9 inch round casserole dish + place in refridgerator overnight or for several hours!!bake this at 350 for 45 min. till middle is hot and top is light brown on top..
serves 8-12 people.
