Stuffing

1 lb loaf sliced white bread or french works great
3/4 c butter or margarine
1 onion,minced
4 stalks celery, minced
2 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 c chicken broth

I chop and then pulse both my onion and celery in my mini food processor(I dont like crunchy chunks in my stuffing)

Let bread slices air dry for an hour or 2,then cube.

Cook onion and celery til soft in the butter.
Season with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir in bread cubes til evenly coated. Moisten with broth, mix well.

Chill, and use as a stuffing for turkey, or bake in a buttered casserole dish at 350 for 30 to 40 min.

I also cook, cool and again pulse in my mini food processor 1/2 roll sage sausage.(I toss it back in last min w/the cooking onion and celery)
