Harvard Beets
1 (16oz)can beets
1/2 c white vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1 Tbs cornstarch
salt n pepper to taste
Drain the beet juice into a saucepan and add vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Bring to a boil over stir til hot and thick.
Reduce heat to med,add in beets and cook til heated through.
