some times I just get sick of the one that you make with the cornbread mix......


1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
1/4 c chopped green peppers(yu can 1/2 and 1/2 red and green for xmas )
1/4 c chopped onions
1/4 c milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbs margarine
1/2 c crushed soda crackers
shredded cheese


Drain the whole kernel corn. Mix together everything except for the cheese and bake in a greased baking dish at 350 45 min.
Remove and sprinkle cheese on top and bake til cheese is melted.
