I have a pound of ground turkey and wanted to do salads for supper tonight. Any suggestions on what to do w/ the turkey? Should I brown it, then put some bbq sauce on or what? Anyone ever try this before? I really need to use up stuff before I buy more groceries. Trying to be frugal. lol TIA

I make taco salad with ground turkey. It's yummy and healthy. I just make the meat like I would for tacos and put it over lettuce with tomatoes, cheese, salsa, red onions and sour cream. Maybe you could try to make a buffalo turkey kind of salad. Brown the turkey then mix in some hot sauce and a little butter and put blue cheese or ranch dressing on top. That doesn't sound bad, I think I might try it myself!
