Ok, so there really is no recipe...but I am completely addicted to this, and I don't know if that is good or bad.

Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella topped with Balsamic Vinaigrette!!

Just slice the tomato, slice the fresh mozzarella, sprinkle on some dressing...and voila!!

It is so addicting!!

I agree this is totally delish - but much better in the summer when we have FRESH tomatoes - they are awful right now (at least here in the snowy NE!!!)...

Fresh tomatoes make it taste so much better..yummy
