10 med potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c milk
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
salt and pepper
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


Boil potatoes 10-15 min,til almost tender,drain.
Put in a greased 13x9 dish.

Mix soup, milk, salad dressing mix, 1 c cheese, salt and pepper,pour over potatoes.

Sprinkle crumbled bacon and the remaining cheese over the top.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 min,til potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
