4 c leftover mashed potatoes
6 green onions ,chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c sour cream
4 slices bacon,cooked and crumbled
1/2-3/4 c grated cheddar cheese


Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the potatoes,onions, onion powder, pepper and sour cream.
Spread in greased baking dish and sprinkle w/bacon and grated cheese.
Bake 15-25 min,til hot and cheese is melted.
