I just got this recipe from my mom's cousin in Argentina!
My mom raved about it so much, i finally asked for the recipe!
their is no measuring, just a bit of each item.
* diced cooked chicken breast (she boils it like in a soup, for a more flavorful chicken)
* fresh, boiled corn, taken off the cobb.
* raw shredded beats
* raw shredded carrots
*diced cheese (like a mont. jack, or whatever u like)
*raw shredded cabbage (very, very thinly shredded)
*diced ham (optional)
*diced hard boiled eggs(optional)
PUT ALL IN A BOWL, AND ONLY PREPARE WHAT U R GOING TO EAT, AND U CAN STORE THE REST IN THE FRIDGE.
*PREPARE WITH OLIVE OIL, SALT, AND A GOOD AMOUNT OF LEMON JUICE!
IT'S VERY FRESH, COLORFUL, YUMMY AND SUPER HEALTHY!
