I probably do 100 different things with mashed potatoes but everyone always seems to like ranch anything!


8-10 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 (8oz)cream cheese, softened
1 pkg dry ranch mix
1 (8oz)sour cream
1/2 c butter,softened
1/4 tsp pepper


Boil potatoes,til tender, about 25 min. Drain and mash.

Beat in rest of ingred and serve!

Depending on what were having sometimes I'll add some thin sliced green onions or even a handful of cheddar(like loaded mashed potatoes )
