OVEN-ROASTED VEGETABLES
1 envelope Lipton ® Recipe Secrets ® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1-1/2 lbs. Assorted Fresh Vegetables*
2 Tbsp. Bertolli ® Classico ™ Olive Oil
1. Preheat oven to 450°. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients until evenly coated.
2. Bake, stirring once, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
*Use any combination of the following, sliced: zucchini, yellow squash, red, green or yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms.
**SUBSTITUTION: Spray pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray and replace oil with 2 Tbsp. water.
Also terrific with Lipton ® Recipe Secrets ® Onion, Lipton ® Recipe Secrets ® Ranch Soup Mix or Lipton ® Recipe Secrets ® Golden Onion Soup Mix.
